Ned preparing for D-day

I am so glad that I got to know Ned. He was a spirited pen pal and friend. A sad day for the Jarvis family and Auburn.

To the family of Ned .

He will be missed ,enjoyed his stories & company after golf. He was a true gentleman & served his country with honor.

Ned was my father-in law and I took care of him for the last year and a half along with my wife and in laws who were all so helpful. I'm glad I had this time with Ned because he was a good man who was witness to some of the great events of the twentieth century. He and Helen were fantastic in laws to me and I'm better off to have known them. Ned was a talented artist, musician and industrial person, both at work and at home. He was kind and thoughtful and as we all know, he was a charmer....

Have loved to draw.....

To Ned's family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Ned was a wonderfully kind man who will always have a special place in my heart. I am so glad he was able to show some of his work at Schweinfurth. He was always so appreciative of all his family. Aloha.... "Dr" Carol
