As a young healthcare worker in 2005 I had a tough time finding a place to live the deposits were so high and it would be so long before I got my first paycheck I came across an ad for a small furnished place and Mr. Bartley answered the phone he interviewed me and rented me an apartment based on my job before that I had slept in my car a few nights will be forever grateful to Mr. Bartley and I just only returned to Tampa to my old building and I was informed that Mr. B had gone ahead of us....

Neil was the most incredible man who always was willing to help another to become a better person, and to believe in yourself. Neil had a heart of gold and was such a generous soul. So incredibly grateful I was able to see you for the last time just a few months ago. May you now be at peace and know you left your Mark in this world. I will always remember your smile and contagious laugh.

Our deepest sympathy, for the loss of your father, and partner.
He was always very good to Cathy and I.
Please take care of yourselves during this time.

To Sharon, Rick, Alisa, Allan and Dana: My heart goes out to you all during this time.
I pray for peace as you experience your loss. I am thankful for my uncle Neil, especially for his generosity and advise in guiding his brother Jim (my Dad) and Mom years ago into the world of investment property. Neil's input made a difference in my parents' financial wellbeing in their later years.
Take care.
