Not sure what to say?

I will never play another hand of pitch, without thinking of Neil. His wit, demeanor, and especially, the time he fell off the bar stool at the Tailgate, bring a smile to my face. Unfortunately, or fortunately, however you look at it, I will be having my right hip replaced on Thursday, March 20th. It's being done at New England Baptist in Boston, at a time yet TBD. They are categorizing me as a high risk patient, due to stents in my heart. That means I might very well have to spend the night....

Great friend, wonderful boss, understanding, kind and caring. Neil was a blessing in my Life and will be greatly missed. My condolence to Ruth and his family.

Remembrances from the Monarch Golf League: Jim Budynkiewicz: With sadness, I am sorry to relay that long time Monday night league player, Neil Burke, passed last week. ___________________________________________________________________________ Ron Corliss: Very sad to hear of Neil´s passing. Really great guy, fun to golf and have a few beers with. Thoughts and best wishes out to his family. R.I.P Neil you will be...

Our family gatherings will forever be synonymous with you -my handsome, winking `Funcle.´ You united us with your infectious energy, adventurous spirit, and knack for making everyone feel at ease. I will always remember (and appreciate) how you lovingly teased my stoic, socially awkward father. It was always with a sense of playful...

whether it was golfing or gambling on cards or waxing nostalgic about MLIC or sports memories we had fun---miss you, dear friend

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.

To Neil's family, I was so sorry to hear of his passing. I worked with him at Monarch. He was a gentleman and great person. Peggy Beaudet

I am sorry to hear the bad news. I can remember playing cards with Gary ,Norm and Ed. I am glad to read that Neil became a football official. I know he could handle making a call and except what the coaches and fans would say about it. My prayers are with you.

I am so sorry to hear this news. Love and condolences to Ruth and Neil's complete family. I knew Neil through his brother JJ. I will have fond memories of the sports conversations I had with Neil - often debating if Ted Williams was truly the greatest baseball player of all time. RIP Neil - you were truly one of the good ones. With love, David
