It's been almost 5 years since you have made the journey to our Creator. I still remember all you taught me and fulfilled your dream or vision last summer and thankful to be here for my family. I will cherish your teachings and honor your commitment to the Ute language and nuuchui way of life. I worked with Neil at Head Start.....my favorite memory was when he agreed to play Santa Claus for the kids. How they smiled and their eyes shone as he made them smile and look at him in wonder because he knew all their names.....and the mischief they had been up to. Bless you Neil, you were a wonderful man.
