Neil was a great friend to my parents, Chuck and Joan Slack of Stewartsville, Lopatcong Township for so many years. He was beloved in our community serving the Lopatcong Township police department. We all later enjoyed many memorable TransBridge bus rides with him. My condolences to his family. He was a true gem!
