Sending our condolences as a family on the passing of a titan in the Westfield community. Neil had an impact on my husband as a growing basketball player in the 1980s, and we had the pleasure of spending time with him as his granddaughter, Julia, and our daughter, Julia, played soccer together. Sending all love to Rose and family.
