Not sure what to say?

Neil was a special friend that truly cared about his family and friends. I met Neil while serving With him in the 173rd Airborne Brigade. Several of us tried to get together every year and Neil joined us on numerous occasions at various places and had a good time just enjoying the fellowship and good times. Neil was taken from us and his family way to soon and we miss him very much. I'm sure God prepared a great Drop Zone for Neil in Heaven and Awarded him for his Service. Dan Varner

Neil was a great friend and soldier! His writing was a circle of events and the men he wrote about are mostly still living. He gathered a few of us at a resort in Branson Mo and finalized the last chapter with the input of most of us. Neil was a quiet soul with a Heart of gold and had energy that most of us would have paid for. I see Neil now so often in my memories and just miss him. God had a good place for him and Neil filled His need.
Neil save us a place! You are Special!

Remembering Neil today - thinking about your sister, Sonja, and the others who will always miss you.

May you find peace in your memories of Neil...

I miss my brother Neil so very much! So many memories of growing up in Dallas and babysitting my younger brother. We were always close even though he was 6 years younger. Enjoyed his yearly visits to Texas.

To Sonja and everyone else who loves Neil, sorry for your loss and he is gone too soon. This is us at my Aunt Charleene's funeral in 2010 - I love all my Texas relatives.

Mr. Jones was one of the most influential instructors I had. His book that he signed for me has always meant so much. My condolences to your family. He was a wonderful man with a beautiful soul. God bless and Namaste.

To the Family!, Neil was a hero and a special man! His quiet spirit and his strong sound thought was such a special trait that just added to who Neil was as a man.
I miss him and will always remember his ability to say it best thru writing his Book!
Neil you now have an audience with the Paratrooper of off time, Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Savior

It's hard to put into words what
Tex meant to all of us in the Muletown HOG Chapter. He will be riding his bike in heaven and telling his scoot stories! Our prayers are that God will give Neil's family comfort during this time. Ride on brother!
