Dear Arlene and family; Please accept my deepest sympathy upon Neil's passing. I was in the choir at Wesley UMC in Mburg and he inspired me and convinced me that my voice was good for singing. I think of him often as he served his ministry well. I pray that God will surround all of you with His Peace and Compassion during this very difficult time. God Bless.

Mr. Justice is the one who suggested I take up the violin. I can't imagine my life without music and the joy playing the violin has given me. He will be very missed.

Dear Family
I have many memories of Mr. Justice. I was one of the original orchestra students. Started in 3rd grade. So I had a couple years before Mr. Justice came. Good memories

Mr. Justice was a wonderful, kind and knowledgeable music teacher. He was an asset to the Mechanicsburg School District. My children loved his classes.
