He is now at peace and will always be with you. He was always so proud of his family and kept me up to date with you. My husband Gene and I(Kathy) live next door to Neil. We have known Neil since he first moved in. He was always gracious and a fabulous neighbor. I remember one time he invited us into his house to show us all the fabulous updates that were done especially in his lanai. Our thoughts have been with him since the first day he had his stroke. Even the last time we saw him with his care giver he had a smile on his face. Our thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family. Rest in peace...
