Neil was my big brother. we fought and laughed together as Kids. When we were teenagers we became best friends. I have such wonderful memories of all the good times we shared with common friends. I miss him already, and thankful he is in the arms of Jesus. I am so proud of his three boys. He did a wonderful job of raising them.
