To Neil's family and friends. I just heard this news and wanted to let you know how very very sorry I am for your loss. I had the pleasure and opportunity to volunteer with Neil on several occasions with Habitat for Humanity of Frederick Maryland.
I remember Neil's very first time he came out to volunteer out of the blue with us. He was shy but soon fit right in with the rest of the group. I spent several weekends working side by side with Neil and was very impressed at his dedication...
