A dear friend, a lot of wonderful memories. I still think about you my friend. Odd that we both ended in the same governmental world of service to others. You were a good man.

Neil was loved by many of us. You have my deepest sympathy, and may God bless in your moment of sorrow.

I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one..Dorothy used to work with my mom, at an accounting firm, in the city, on Hampton..My prayers and thoughts are with you at this time. God Bless your family..

Neil told me many years ago that you can get a lot done in government service if you are willing not to take credit for it. He lived this wisdom, and we are pooer for his death. My condolences to Neil's brother and sister and all of his friends.

You have my deepest sympathies

I was saddened to hear of passing of Neil, whom I have known since he became Executive Director at the Housing Authority of St. Louis County. As Director of the Offices of Public Housing in St. Louis and Kansas City, Neil was good to work with and when we called upon him, he was there to help in any way he could and give advice and guidance to address serious issues affecting the public housing and housing choice voucher programs. I appreciated his candor and wisdom.

I know Molly will miss her brother. They were very close and loved each other. Molly has told me many great stories of Neal and I will miss him at Christmas. God bless!
