Neil F. Otto, 61, of East Windsor passed away Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.

Born in Ithaca, N.Y., Mr. Otto was a resident of East Windsor for more than 40 years. He also was self-employed at Otto Electronics of Hamilton.

Linda, we were so saddened to hear abut Neil's passing. It was a real shock and had no idea what happened. We just found out at trenton when you weren't at the show at timonium we were already worried. I hope you are okay...we will call you soon. Your hamfest friends Cesar, Rosa & Cynthia from Queens, NY

Our very first puppy, back when we were kids, came from Neil's family. I rode home with the puppy tucked in my jacket pocket.

We went through the Newark schools together and then we lost contact with each other after High School. Neil was a good fellow and friend......

Neil was in show business. He really enjoyed selling his wares and interacting with his customers. I met him over 40 years ago at "Optel", where we were engineers together. He was a good guy, and I will miss his good natured smile.

Neil was a good friend. He was an early supporter and an important contributor to TFC and personal computing. He will be greatly missed.
