We had our 45th reunion of IHS this past week-end and we all remembered him. He has not been forgotten. Time heals all, may God bless you and all who knew Neil.

My wife Ana and I are very sad about Neil's passing. I ALWAYS enjoyed my many conversations with Neil during our Naval Reserve drills and at DEFDOC's drill-day lunch outings and during the unit's occasional dinners and Christmas get-togethers. I always found Neil to be a very refined person and a real gentleman.
