Not sure what to say?

Heather, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My heart breaks for you and your family. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Neil, a long time ago, in 1986, without even realizing it, you helped a broken-hearted girl feel better again. I can't recall for sure now, but I think we shared History class together. And on a February day, we took my Subaru out and went 4-wheeling. I didn't even know what that meant when you brought up the idea. But we went and spent a few months hanging out. And my 16 year old's broken heart felt better. I'm glad we (like so many of us Lancers) were able to reconnect on Facebook two years...

I had the opportunity to interact with Neil often throughout my sales career and always felt he was a very nice, genuine, upbeat colleague. All of us at Novartis send our thoughts and prayers to his family.

Stephanie Engel

I meet Neil a few years ago while working in a medical office, he was a great person and will be missed. My thoughts and prayers to the Schaefer family. May God bless you.

Heather,

My thoughts and prayers are with you!

Chuck Poore

Neil was a part of our family and will be truly missed. His kindness, generosity, and humor made our mornings brighter. He didn't hesitate to make himself available to assist me when I needed help. We are so sorry for your loss, and will miss Neil very much.

To Neil's family I got to know Neil at a company meeting and he was a nice pleasant man My thoughts, deepest sympathy and hope are with the family Janice Pertoso (Connecticut)

There are no words to express my deepest sadness and I know what a great loss he was to his family. I was blessed to be Neil's barber sence he was about 4or5 years old and he was like a son to me, my heart is broken. I feel fortunate that he shared his life with me. He was the very best.
