Not sure what to say?

Never knew anyone could actually lash the valves on a Chevy small-block with a wooden dowel stuck in his ear...until a friend introduced me to Neil. That was the the most beautiful '63 Stingray we had ever seen. He also showed me why the gas tank filler is embarrassingly huge: Great fun, lousy mileage. Prayers to Neil's family, BTW the Oginsky family could do a TV series!

Neil was such a kind man. I always felt welcome at the Starr home. I was made to feel like part of the family. I am saddened to hear of Neil's passing. I am thinking of all of you at this sad time and praying for peace.
