Not sure what to say?

In loving memory of a wonderful man. My family and Neil have been intertwined for over 65 years. I remember Neil telling me about the time when his uncle died and he, at 12 years old , had to drive the car into town to get my dad, Dr. Baver , to come to the house. Neil was best man in my older brother Gordon's wedding. My mother considered him one of her boys. I remember him from the time I was a toddler. Neil was family to us.
He will be greatly missed by so many , but what...

Roxanne and Family, I'm so sorry for your loss. Neil always put a smile on my face when he walked into the office. He would make my day. He always had cute jokes to tell that made me laugh. He will be greatly missed. Janet Wismer

Neil and Betty were two of the most generous peeople I have ever met. My Dad, Norman, was his cousin. They opened their home to my family whenever we came through town. That's alot to ask considering there were ten of us! I loved swimming in the pool, playing with all his dogs and watching the fog roll in as the sun set on a warm summer evening. I will always remember all the good times we had in Pennsylvania. My deepest sympathies to Roxanne, Perry, Corinne and Josh. Neil was a true original.

My husband and I purchased many a Chevy at Heimbach and Sweatt. It was a pleasure to deal there. I remember when Neil drove to Schuylkill County to purchase my father's 1934 Chevrolet huckster truck. Our deepest sympathy to the family.

My deepest sympathies to you Roxanne & Perry.

Sincerely,
Diane (Romeike) Stevens

To be shocked is an understatement. Being an employee from 1968 until the dealership was sold Neil was not only an employer but a true friend. Those were the good times but we did not realize it. Neil was truly one of a kind. At times like this one cannot find the words. My sincere sympathy to Roxanne and Perry who have a lost a father as well as a fine, caring person. I guess you could say it is the passing of an era.
Kindest Regards,
Howard Cashatt

Upon viewing the Allentown Morning Call (online)this a.m.,my sincere condolances to the family on the loss of your dear one! Through the years, we've purchased many a vehicle from Heimbach & Sweatt. Neal's smile will forever be edged in my memory system. On 11/13/08, my beloved husband (Rich) of 56-years lost his battle with cancer. Perhaps Rich & Neil are 'katbitzing' old times up in heaven! In Christain sympathy, Fondly, Connie.
