Not sure what to say?

neil was one of the best pitchers my dad ever coached in the kiwanis league. i was so sorry to hear that he is gone.

I knew Neil since I was a kid. He went to school with my older brother Dennis. I was lucky enough to, by chance, to see him again when we both worked at the Holiday Inn. I miss our times we worked evenings and kicked back and drank some cold ones. He was a wonderful person and you don't meet many in this life. Mike Winkler

I will forever remember his smile and how much he enjoyed making other people laugh. He touched many lives through the halls of Van Horn High School and will be sadly missed by fellow classmates.

I was lucky to get to know Neil when he was at the Care Center. He was a very nice man, he always had a smile on his face, and a joke to make you laugh. He was always a sweet heart and told us how much he appreciated all we done for him. He is one person I will never forget. Also Doc you are a great person, and a good friend, Neil was lucky to have you.

I was lucky enough to spend some time with Neil in these last weeks. He was one of the sweetest souls I have ever known. In the last thirty years we have leaned on each other when needed and shared laughs galore. I will miss him the rest of my life. To Nick and Chuck his two sons, he loved you both very much. To Doc his best friend. Thank You.
