Not sure what to say?

Neil had such a ready smile, word of encouragement...a gentle soul. Jerry and I have wonderful memories of times spent with Neil and Grace. We miss him already but know we'll meet again! Blessing and love to Grace and his family.

I remember Dr. Winegarden from my Judson days and also from our attendance at Grace Point Community Church. Always kind, always with a gentle smile, he was truly a man after God's own heart. My sympathy to Grace and the family.

I have pleasant memories of spending many days and nights with the Winegarden family back in the late 1960's,as Neil's son,Dale, was my best friend.Neil was the nicest and kindest father figure I had ever known, always laughing and kidding around with us,telling goofy jokes, ferrying us back and forth to Y.F.C.meetings on Saturday nights down at Benson High School, all the dinners and over night stays, those were good times.Thank you Mr.Winegarden for the pleasure of allowing me to be a friend of...

Always smiling

I met Neil and Grace in the early 90's when they moved to Burns for a year. Our friendship survived many moves on my part and a few on theirs. Kevin and I never left their home that Neil and Grace didn't surround us with prayer for our safe journey. Neil was the most cheerful man I have ever known. I will long remember those sparkling eyes and his contagious laughter. He was a gentle man of God.

Dear Grace - What fond memories our family has of spending time with you and Neil as "surrogate" grandparents during our daughter's early years. Exploring the wonders of your new home "up on the hill", picking blueberries in the yard, and just playing games. We treasured those times then and consider you both blessings in our lives. May you sense God's presence and peace during this time of loss, and may precious memories of your time with Neil as loving husband, father, grandfather, and...

Neil was such a kind and generous man. He always made me feel genuinely welcome when we were together. His speech was always wholesome, fruitful, and sprinkled with humor. He always shared the love of Jesus. I always felt refreshed and inspired after spending time with Neil.

Neil was a man of deep faith, kindness and humor. I feel honored to have known him and say goodbye with great respect and great love. I also want to pass on my love for Faith who honored her father with love and care in his final days. Grace- I love you.

Grace - You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. We are so blessed to have known you both. Love, Ed & Paula Galinat
