Nelda Young Edwards

Today I read of Nelda's death in the New Auburn Magazine. I knew Nelda at AU and we enjoyed some fun times at the Sigma Nu house. I always thought of Nelda as a fun, smart, classy lady. Although, our paths haven't crossed since '63 I am confident she was still as I described above. I have lived in Buckhead since 1973 and I'm sorry our paths didn't cross. I've always thought of Nelda as an elegant woman. I haven't seen her in years but have no doubt she stayed a beautiful person inside and out. May memories of her fill the hearts of her family today and always. With prayers and thoughts.

Nelda & I grew up in Toulminville. We attended Gorgas grades 1-6. Sorry to hear she has passed. Rest in peace my dear friend.
