Nelda Turner Pugh Whitfield

I first met Bill and Nell when I was a freshman at UM. To me and some of the other freshman Bill was "the old man!" As I look back I realize how young he and Nell were. They befriended Kathy and me. Nell gave us a bedroom suite for our oldest daughter. They made us feel at home in a strange new environment. We will never forget those early days of beginning the ministry and the lessons taught by example by these special people.
