Nell Marks

To the Family of Nell Marks. I worked with Nell at DeKalb County Board of Health for many years. She always had a smile for everyone she came in contact with. She was a wonderful person and an asset to any department she worked with. Your family is in my prayers and thoughts. She will be greatly missed. Always remember the good times you had with her. May God Bless you and your family and give you the strength you need at your time of loss.
