Nell Williams

Nell Williams Ruby Wynelle Williams died on January 31, 2013, from a stroke at Cottage hospital. Nell had lived in Lompoc for 27 years.  She returned to Lompoc after the death of her husband, Donnie Williams in 1985. They lived in Morro Bay and Trinidad where she was a pastor's wife.   Services...
