I was saddened to hear about Nellie and have many fond memories of her back when I was Miss Chesapeake and when modeling for Charm Associates. She always had her hand in so many activities in the fashion industry and the local beauty pageants and was very helpful to the girls who participated. She was very nice and very attractive. She leaves a legacy of her work behind.
Her family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Nellie was an a amazing lady and a joy to have in my life. She was a big inspiration as how to live your life. She was a true friend to my sister, Sandi Lile, and I will always be grateful for that.
