Not sure what to say?

Our thoughts are with Jane and Ben and family, hoping you find peace in the love and influences Nellie left behind.

Gram,
You were always my hero. I will remember all we did together as I grew up. The gardening ,teaching me to knit, sew, traveling, and the stories you told Tim and Me. You are all together now.
You will be in my heart forever.
Joy

Dear Cavanaugh Family,
I only knew your loved one from my acquaintance of her as a young person in the Presbyterian Church. She was a member, as was my family, and I saw her often, and remember that she sang in the choir. Just recently, I saw and talked to her at Sunnyside, and put my mother, Laura Galster, at her table so they could visit, if they so desired. She was so healthy and alert that I was totally taken aback when I heard that she had passed. My sincere sympathy to all of you...

Gram, You and Grampa, became my grandparents, when my own passed away the year Dick and I married. You were such a big part of our family, and always will be. I know your very happy now, and in a much better place. We Love you Gram, and say Hi to the rest of the family for us. Love your granddaughter Donna and Grandson Dick

Ma, you taught me more about history than my professors when I was in school. I regret not being able to have you speak to my classes directly. But you do, through the many stories you related to me, thanks.

Mom, thank you for all of the love and guidance you have given throughout the years. You showed me by example how to live and be a good person, friend, wife and mother. May those who have gone before you embrace you now. You will always be with me. Be at peace. Your loving daughter, Jane

I have such great memories of my Aunt Nell. Going to visit her in East Syracuse was always a treat when we were young. She was my mother's big sister. Big meaning age not stature. I inherited that short gene.
I am sorry that I will not be able to get to the funeral or calling hours and wish to extend my sympathies to the family. Aunt Nell lived a long and full life being an inspiration to many. She is now with her heavenly family reunited with those she lost.

Words cannot describe your faith, love and gentle wit. I have a feeling the Cavanaugh family is having a great reunion party even as I write - just keep the noise down up there! We will look forward to your stories when we are with you. God bless you, sweet lady. Thank you for being you - full of grace, love and lots of family stories.

God's peace for Jane and Ben, Jill, Ron and Doug and all who loved you.

Doug and Joanne

With all my prayers and all my sorrow
