GODSPEED!

A lovely lady who was so kind to everyone. I loved the little glimmer in her eyes. She offered wamth and friendship to so many. I think of her often.

What a strong woman

May God watch over and bring peace to the hearts of Nellie and john b. Connelly may he let them watch their generations on earth from heaven above, such grace and prosperity to carry on the connelly generations here on earth please rest in peace. In the name of the father, the son, the holy spirit amen never forgotten Connelly couple love you.

You will be missed for all the good times we had, still in love.

In the mid 1980s I had the extreme pleasure of working with Nellie and John on the interior design of their home in The Estates Above Barton Creek. John was a sweetheart, and Nellie was a spitfire. We had so many interesting conversations. I feel truly blessed to have met them both.

RIP

Although it has been a while since the lost of Ms. Connally. The pain is still there for families and ppl that knew her. Thank God for we can all take comfort that "there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous" as shown at Acts 24:15.

A true Texas gentle lady...soft as velvet but as strong as steel when the need arose. You will be remembered among the greatest of Texas First Ladies, Miss Nellie. Rest in Peace.
