Not sure what to say?

Jerry & Ginny, Since Dad died almost a year ago now, I've thought often about his friends and the good life they all led. Biele Haslam & Hatch - I thought they'd never split! Your mom and dad were such an important part of our lives. I remember Mom talking about how Nellie would entertain "The Guv". What a lady. I'm sure you miss her.

Jerry,

I don't know if you will remember me, but I have very fond memories of growing up in the Monument Park Second Ward. We grew up in the greatest time that there was. I also remember you dating my friend, Laura Dalton. My thoughts and prayers are with you in your loss.

Sincerely,

Carolyn Goates Campbell

I was privileged to work with your mother, Nellie, for five consecutive weeks this spring as a Westminster Nursing student at Brighton Gardens. I was able to spend a good deal of time talking to her and doing other activities together. It was a pleasure to know her. Despite her illness, there was an undeniable light in her eye. Her obituary was well written and reflected my idea of your mother as a cultured, refined woman...an elect lady. I hope you find comfort in her absence and can...

My condolences and unlimited sympathy at the passing of your mother.May you have fond memories of her.

Sorry to learn of Nellie's passing. It brings back mamy fond memories of when we were in West High School...good clean fun in those days, no drinking, no swearing, everything wonderful. After the Cadet Hop, I remember going with Glen and Nellie, Walt and Louise Thoms, Ed Holly. All of us went to Coon Chicken Inn on South Highland Drive in Ed Holly's uncle's 1932 Stutz automobile and Glen drove. In those days the chicken dinner cost .75 cents. I also have fond memories of Garn Hatch.
