Send FlowersServices for Nellie C. Love, 89, of Cayce, will be held at 3pm Wednesday, December 13, 2006 in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of West Columbia, officiated by Rev. Charles M. Wilson. Burial will follow at Celestial Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2-3pm Wednesday prior to the service.
Mrs. Love, widow of John Neal Love, died Monday, December 11, 2006. Born in Saint Paul, N.C., she was the daughter of the late William M. Currie and Bessie K. Owen Currie. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Cayce and had retired from Imperial Candy Company.
Surviving are her daughters and son-in-law, Barbara Antley and Dr. R.B. “Bud” Antley of West Columbia, and Linda Bentley of Charlotte, N.C.; sisters, Ida Catherine McLean of Gastonia, N.C. and Margaret Louise Paige of West Columbia; four grandchildren and their spouses, Dee Dee Edwards (Gary), Kandy Horton (Phil), Roy Dennis (Cindi) and Bobby Hallman (Kelly); and seven great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Love was predeceased by her son, John W. Love.
