Nellie Opal (Belden) (Langston) Welch, 102, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, died peacefully at home on June 3, 2022. Nellie was born east of Saxman in Rice County, Kansas, to Nelson Templeton Belden and Wanda Neva (Ball) Belden on January 4, 1920.
