Not sure what to say?

I worked at Jovanello's in 1989. In fact, I was supposed to work the night of the 1989 earthquake. I was parking cars for them. We used to park the cars across the street, or anywhere we could find a spot on the street. It was to this day, the best valet job I've ever had. At 19 years old, the tips were great, and after every shift, I got a wonderful meal. I remember Nello. Unfortunately, I became afraid of earthquakes, and left San Francisco in a rush. Some of my best childhood memories were with your family. Our mothers and their grasshoppers. Your dad singing. New Year’s Day at your house.

I have fond memories of Nello from Rossmoor Drive as a kid all the way into adulthood with Jovanello’s Restaurant which was magical. My sincere condolences on the passing of your father. I wish the best to the entire Puccinini Family.

Nello was a very sweet soul. At the Veteran’s home after I was leaving my husband to go home. He would always tell me on my way out “now honey you be careful on your drive home”. It really touched me every time. My Sincere Sympathy!

Dear Pat,

Frank and I send our sympathy on the loss of your dad. May his memory always be eternal.

Nello was a good friend of my father' Peter Caballero. They grew up together and my father worked at My Pet Market. He was also in my parents wedding. I have fond memories of the group of friends he and my dad had growing up. My condolences to the family.

My mom was Anna Alioto Capurro, she was a friend of Nello and spoke fondly of him, “a nice man”.
RIP Mr. Piccinini

Prayers and peace for your Dad, Pat.
