We patronized Nelson's store from the day he took over in 1989. He was a sweet and kind man and loved to laugh. He always treated everyone with respect and kindness. The world needs more Nelson Chengs.

Dear Mrs.Cheng, Nick and Jessica,
We are so sorry to hear about your husband and father. We remember how generous he was to bring ice cream for the orchestra students in school. We send our prayers and condolences during this time. Sincerely, Tim and Sandy Connery

We would always talk sushi when I came in the store and usually on a slow time and he teach me about sake and I Would show him photos of my salmon sushi at my Best sushi restaurant in brick New Jersey. And he would always tell me that’s New York style and always asked me what it cost and he said for the price you made out pretty good Bill. And I hope you left them a good tip and I said yes I did. I was a regular for many years God bless him
