It was my privilege to work many years with Nelson in the Cost Engineers. Events then took us down separate paths. Nelson was not only a skilled shipbuilding cost engineer, he was a gentleman of highest integrity. I am saddened to hear of his passing, and extend my sincere sympathy to his family.
