What can I say about the man that introduced me to steamers on Cape Cod, Coq au Vin, and Coquille St. Jacques? He was an incredible human being, a phenomenal chef, a great role model and inspiration on how to succeed and make something of your life, he always looked out for the independent business people and the little guy, he had strong faith in humanity, and made the world, especially mine, a better place. I am at a loss for words but wanted to convey my deepest sympathy to you and your family. Nelson always looked for the best in people and gave people the benefit of the doubt. When I was in high school I worked with Nelson at Feeding Hills Pharmacy. He was always such a nice man. I'm so sorry to hear about his passing. My condolences to his family and friends.
