My sympathies to the Matos family. I remember talking to Nelson one night for what seemed like hours in front of my house on Summer Avenue. I was only a kid and he always took time to say hi when we did see each other now and then. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I was deeply sadden to hear of Nelson's demise. Even though we did not keep in touch I will always have had fond memories growing up in Newark. My deepest condolense to the Matos family.

I was deeply saddened to learn of Nelson's sudden death. He was far too young and I will deeply miss his gentle and kind demeanor. Goodbye, my friend.

My prayers go out to your family during your time of grief. Nelson was one of the nicest guys you could ever know. I had the pleasure of working closely with him over the past few years at Telcordia. He will be sorely missed by all of his co-workers. May he rest in the presence of the Lord.
