Rev. Nelson Churchill McCALL Jr.

Pastor McCall ministered to me at Hillview Baptist Church in Depew NY for many memorable years, and was my good friend. I miss him, but I will see him in heaven.

I first joined Hillview in1966 and went forward and accepted Jesus during an altar call by Pastor Norberg. When Pastor McFall succeeded him, he helped me start the Christian Service Brigade boys group and sometimes went camping with us. He and I became good friends and we continued so for many years. He was a great pastor and I best remember his very positive personality, always happy, exhibiting the love of Jesus. I will always remember him for his great influence on my life.

In loving memory of a great man of faith, you will be missed.

I grew up with having Pastor McCall as my pastor. We lived just down the street on Anthony and remember walking to church and also to vacation bible school during the summer. Pastor McCall was a great pastor and I look forward to seeing him again in heaven. My condolences to his family! Christopher Nordsiek

My condolences to the family and friends of A great man went to be with God! I moved to the Aristo Terrace Mobile Home Park 3 years ago! Shortly after moving in Bev and Nelson greeted me to the park. He and Bev helped me by taking out my Bin and bringing it back to my deck! I´m disabled and couldn´t take it out! Also when my sister and brother-in-law moved to Florida, they came and helped get groceries! God gave me 2 angels as friends! My heart and love go out to Bev.

Beverly, my prayers and condolences are with your family. Although we only met briefly, you and Pastor McCall came to our home in Depew and encouraged us to attend Hillview Baptist Church. Sadly it was at the time Pastor McCall was retiring. Therefore, most of our attending was under Pastor Ed, whom we also love. We attended as much as we could with covid and my late husband's health conditions. We enjoyed Hillview very much for the time that we were there. May God bless all of your family....

Pastor McCall and I worked together for many years. Will miss the fellowship with him and Bev. He loved God's Word and telling others about our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

I'm so sorry to hear about Pastor McCall. He was a wonderful man and very special to our whole family. Pastor and Bev were a blessing to so many people at Hillview Baptist.
