Our condolences to the family of Mr. Nelson Ramsey. We met him as parents at A. P. Hill Elementary School. My husband served for one year as president of the PTSA at A. P. Hill., and I served as a colleague in the school system with Mr. Ramsey. Mr. Ramsey was a role model as a professional educator. I loved his eye catching jackets. He provided an opportunity at A. P. Fox was always a great help for us at Pathways as he was very concerned about students that had dropped out of the system. His concern for the students transcended the requirements of his job and became part of his mission. Thanks be to God for Fox.

Mr. Ramsey was one of the nicest people I know .When I first started teaching 5th grade, he was my first principal at A.P. Hill Elementary
School. He was such a caring and sweet person. I last spoke with him two years ago. May he Rest in Paradise (RIP). My condolences to Connie and the rest of the family.
