Not sure what to say?

Our hearts go out to all of Nelson's family and friends. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I knew Nelson for only a few short years, but I'm so grateful to have been among his many friends.

Nelson was a man who embodied patience and humility. He never allowed the imperfections and shortcomings of others to aggravate him. He was so slow to anger that I don't think he ever "got there".

Working along with Nelson in service was always a pleasure. I enjoyed his stories of life on the farm and his seemingly endless supply of puns.

Hebrews 13:7 talks about how we...

Where to begin? I doubt there is enough room in this guestbook to hold all the nice thoughts that could be shared about Nelson. So I will say just a few things.

I feel so fortunate that Nelson found himself a part of our lives in the Leominster area. I can't imagine not having had the privilege and honor of knowing and working with him, and being the recipient of all he gave. Acts 20:35 says there is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving. That being true, Nelson must...

We remember Nelson from the early '80s when we were all together in the Exeter, NH Congregation. Jeananne & Shawn were small then when they lived in Hampton Beach. But we have many nice memories of skating in the winter, playing music (we too remember Nelson's love for barbershop) and the line dancing at that hall in Kingston. No matter how cold it was outside during those New Hampshire winters, with Nelson there we would always feel warm. His warmth was contagious. The encouragement...

We had the privilege of getting to know Nelson and Sharyn as not only our brother and sister, but also outstanding tenants. We quickly formed a close friendship which we hope will be one we'll be able to enjoy eternally. Nelson and his wife Sharyn were not only loving to each other, but those who their lives touched. It will be nice to know that Nelson will not need that cup of coffee to wake up into God's new world--although part of us feels he will forward to enjoying one.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Sharyn , Shawn and Jeananne as well as the grandchildren of Nelson. Nelson was a person that, as we reflect on his life, we should all try to be a little bit more like him. His caring for people and his love for Jehovah are qualities I know I want to try to imitate more. We will all praise Jehovah the day we see him and so many others brought back to life!!!!

Ritchie allways look at me with admiration for my skill to suvive. some day i will hag him.

Ernie and I will deeply miss Nelson. He was such an asset to our congregation. His humble quiet manner made him very approachable. He was also very "punny". He always was quick to come out with a pun or joke. Yet, he was very serious with his worship, just a pleasure to be with. Nelson is still living in Jehovah's eyes, because he will resurrect him. We just have to think of him as taking a little "nap" until Jehovah awakens him from sleep, refreshed and healthy! We eagerly await that moment...

I will always remember my grandfather for his kindness,AND, love. he always had a smile for every one no matter what i will miss him as just as much as my family. Rev.21:4 And he will wipe out evey tear from there eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore the former things have passed away
