Nelson and I. enjoyed many hours working on our boat, sailing, and rowing. He was always there to catch my lines when entering my. slip. He was a fine man and great friend.

I think of Nelson every day on the bay, sailing, working on my my, or seeing rowers cruise by.

We had a great time for a many years - sailing, rowing, and working on boats I treasure those memories.

Nelson in Morro Bay

We met Lord Nelson, the Admiral of the back Bay in the late 70's buying albacore from him. I was told by another fisherman, of that era that Nelson was selling hot tuna and spouting philosophy. Sandalism was also alive, but they were not on the same page, they were floating on different tides. The politics and tuna became infectious, and over the years we became close friends with Nelson.
