I met Neta in 1967 when I was a student nurse. She taught me the subtle differences between similar instruments and showed me how a professional carries herself with poise during stressful moments in the OR. She was a sharp nurse, a terrific role model and an easy going mentor with a great sense of humor. I am grateful for how she impacted me and my career and am among many who can say that. We have lost a good and caring person. I'll miss you, Neta!
