Not sure what to say?

Mrs Bailey was my math teacher at Deer Park H.S.. She was a caring, patient, inspiring and wonderful example for us all. I will always be grateful for her sincere kindness and after-school assistance, too.

May G-d bless you, Mrs. Baily, and your family.

Oh my, I've always thought of Mrs. Bailey throughout the years but now had a moment to look her up and I'm truly heart broken to see that she has passed away. My condolences to her family. I had her as my Math teacher at Deer Park HS and because of her I graduated with a Math degree. I am truly grateful to have had her in my life as a result she has shaped my path and I will never forget her for that. She will always be missed and will be remembered in my heart.

Ms. Bailey was my calculus teacher at Deer Park High School in 1990. I just now learned of her passing. 22 years later I still tell a funny story from one of her classes. My condolences to her family and friends.

Mrs. Bailey was my algebra teacher at DPHS in 1969. She made math interesting and was a dedicated teacher. I have thought of her often during my graduate and post-graduate studies. My sincerest condolences to her family.

Nettie Bailey was my math teacher many years ago. She was kind, compassionate, understanding, funny, serious, patient, and immensely knowledgeable—hallmarks of a great teacher. She didn't command respect from students, they gave that willingly. She was an inspiration to me and helped to shape my eventual career. She is in my thoughts now because she always has been.

I was privileged to teach with Nettie at Deer Park High School. She was an outstanding teacher and motivator of students. She was a caring teacher who made an impact on the lives of many students.

Vanessa,
I saw first hand the love you shared for your mother. You were dedicated to her needs and put aside your own. God tells us to "honor our mother and father". Be Blessed. I will continue to pray a prayer for peace for you and your family. God has each of you in his hand and peace is in the mist.

I regret being late signing the guest book for Mrs. Bailey. I met and got to know her during several trips with VMW Guided Tours. She was friendly, sincere and a kind hearted person. It was great to meet and travel with her because of her outgoing personality. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. I will remember her and the family in prayer during these difficult times. She is gone from all of us who knew her but not forgotten.

We met Nettie at the Hampton Jazz Festival a few years ago. Since then, Nettie was gracious enough to secure for us the best seats during Festival events. She usually seemed concerned if we were happy with our seats. She must have forgotten the 'nose-bleed' seats we were getting before! We love how Nettie sincerely cared, even though she was doing US a great favor. What a sweet lady!

We will continue to pray with the family during this difficult time.
