Not sure what to say?

The Family of Nettie Loring Tasker Black Baughman wish to thank all who have shown there love for Nettie over the years. Please let us hear from you. It is especially kind of those of you who were former students to take your time to let us know you remembered her. Thank you

Doris and Family,
We were so sorry to hear about Netties passing. I'll always think of her on her birthday, with my Dads birthday one day from her's they often called each other to wish each other happy birthday. She was a lovely lady and will be missed by many. God bless.

The Thornapple Garden Club will miss Nettie. She has been an active, loved and respected member for more years than I've been in the Club. I did not know her well, but as secretary I can tell you all the wonderful comments and sentiments shared with me as I prepared to make this entry. Nettie will be missed greatly. There was no one she did not touch and no one who did not love her dearly.

Nettie and I graduated from Caledonia in 1932. We played basketball together for 4 years and fighting for state championship. I extend my SYMPATHY to the family.

Mrs. Black was my kindergarten teacher at McFall Elementary School in Middleville almost 40 years ago. I can still remember her having all of the class march in place as a means of learning words beginning with the letter "M." She was great!

Mrs. Black was my first grade teacher in Middleville and now I am 54 years old. I have such fond memories of her she reminded me of my mother short with black hair. I ran in to her about 3 years ago and she still remember by family. What a beautiful lady.

I am so sorry for your loss, Nettie was a very special person. My daughter, Amber and I have been cleaning for her for quite some time, we will really miss her and her giving spirit, she was very special to work for. Sincerely, Nancy and Amber Jenks
