Neva Baxter FLOYDADA - Neva Baxter, 88, Floydada, died Monday, Sept. 29, 2014. Graveside service will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014, at the Floyd County Memorial Park in Floydada with Pastor Tim Franks officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Floydada.
