Kiet and Gayle,
I hope you and your family find comfort during this difficult time. It can be sad and painful for those who are left behind, but those who pass on have transitioned to a place where there is no sadness or pain. Kiet, your mother will rest in peace. My thoughts are with you both.

My mom remembers meeting Ngan for the first time when she was 4 months old. She immigrated from China to Vietnam to help look after Ngan and her siblings. Although cousins by birth, in my mom's heart Ngan was always a dear little sister. Ngan will be remembered for her kind heartedness and her warm smile.

Cory and I were so very sorry to hear of Vaunne's mother's passing. I'm glad I got to know her during Thanksgiving. She made sure that everyone's plate stayed full. She was a gentle soul.
