We are very sorry to hear of Nick's passing. Although I knew his parents and uncle, I never knew him but my sister, Peggy Shriver Albertson, sends her deepest condolences. She worked with Nick at Crownpoint during the summers when his Uncle Lamar (Shorty) and our late sister, Sue Shriver Ashcroft, ran the Palmer Mercantile for Bill and Lavon Palmer.

Our hearts go out to all of you. Please know that we are thinking of you and are so saddened for your loss. Though we did not know each other well our families will be forever entwined and we will all suffer in the heartbreak together. We have had great respect for Nick and admired him for his obvious dedication to his family. He was a wonderful role model and an accepting and non-judgemental man. His memories will remain alive through all of us.

I was saddened to hear of your loss. Nick was an awesome guy . I served on the NMRWA board of directors with Nick and he will be greatly missed . My heart goes out to his family. God Bless you!

So sorry to hear of Nick's passing. We use to see and play together in Kirtland on Sundays. Nick was a thoughtful and kind person.We will keep your family in our thoughts and prayers. Cousins are very special people in our lives.Love Marva Brimhall Joplin
