Dear Mardi,John and family, Please except my heartfelt condolences. So deeply saddened to hear of Nick`s passing. Nick was a great friend and the finest of gentlemen. Going to miss him. Peter Zekos and Family

Mardi, we are so sorry for your loss. Nick was an extraordinary person. He was our family lawyer for many years. He was always there when we needed his advice, he will be missed by so many.

Dear Mardi: Please accept my deepest condolences and sympathies on the passing on Nick. Nick's obituary was beautifully composed and captured the essence of the man. I had known Nick since first my becoming a lawyer in 1981 and working in the Worcester County court system. I always found Nick to be a fair, just person who had compassion for the less fortunate caught up in the vicissitudes of daily life. Nick would often give the benefit of the doubt to those who may not...

I am heart-broken to read about Nick's passing. First Jimmy and now Nick. Nick-you were my best friend in college. You loved Orange Freezes from Friendly's. You taught me how to use a 35mm camera. We worked together on concerts and on the yearbook. I remember so much more from those youthful days. We talked into the wee hours of many mornings and discussions were almost always about the meaning of life. There was nothing I could not tell you. Your kind eyes and hearty laugh are still...

Dear Mardi- I never had the pleasure of meeting your husband but through your beautiful written acknowledgement of your blessed journey with this kind and caring gentleman I felt comforted. Sorry for your loss of the love of your life. May the peace and love you shared bring you comfort in the knowing now he is well received and cared for by the Holy Father in heaven.

Nick was one of the kindest lawyers I ever met. He was always helpful toward new lawyers doing so in the least offensive way so as never to offend while teaching the correct way to practice law. Always a gentleman. He will be missed. May his memory always bring a smile to your face. Deepest sympathy to his wife , family and friends.

Beautifully written obituary... I had the pleasure of working with nick on several courts... sorry for your loss

Dear Mardi, I had the privilege of meeting Nick many years ago when we worked at the DA´s office. His intelligence, keen perception and sense of humor was legendary. He provided invaluable support for me both professionally and personally. Over the years, we lost contact but a while back we ran into each other and his eyes shined when he spoke of his love for you. May God comfort you and may Nick´s memory be a blessing.

Mardi-My thoughts and prayers go out to you on Nick´s passing. Early in my career as a ADA, he was my supervisor and I will always be thankful for his guidance and willingness to pass on his experience and mentor a young lawyer. He made me a better lawyer and all I have done in my career can be traced back to my early career with great experienced Prosecutors like Nick. May he Rest In Peace.
