Nicholas Gillin Braun

Thinking of my cousin, Lisa, and her family on this day.

Nick and I became especially good friends my senior year in high school, when we ran together during track season and over the summer, after I graduated. I've thought about him often over the weeks since he passed, and I think about how much his energy and optimism affected all of us who knew him. I miss you, Nick. My prayers are with the entire Braun family.

I continue to be in awe of the network of friends that Nick had. I loved hearing the stories of the amazingly unique and extraordinarily kind Nick. Sending my love, Debi Suess

Dear Lisa and Marty; I am so sorry and saddened to learn tonight of Nick's passing. I had the honor of being his nurse for only two days, but the impression he left on me will last a life time. He was the sweetest, most polite and caring patient I have ever cared for. I came home and told my 16 year old son what an amazing man I had the honor of getting to know and what an impact he had on me and in life.
