I was saddened to hear about Nick's passing. He was one of a kind - personable, charismatic and known for his witty remarks.
He would always greet me with" Don't shoot, Johnny.", in reference to a bad shooting day I had in a summer league basketball game 50 years ago.
He was a unique man that was fun to be around.
May the good memories sustain friends and family
