Nicholas was born on February 2, 1948 and passed away on Friday, August 2, 2019. Nick is predeceased by his dad, Nicholas Cardi Sr., his sister, Sandra (Cardi) Zompa and nephew Arthur Zompa Jr. Nick grew up in Cranston, attended Community College of Rhode Island and graduated from The University of Tennessee. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Saturday, August 10, 2019, at 10:30am at St. Bernard Church, 275 Tower Hill Rd, North Kingstown, RI. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the charity of your choice.

To the Cardi family. I graduated high school with Peter & met Nick when he purchased our home in Jamestown in the 2000's. I already knew from my family from Silver Lake what wonderfully, kind, considerate, loving family you were. Pete & I sat close in home room so I got to know how kind & considerate he was although a bit quiet.
