What a great kid!

I am so sorry to hear of Nick's death. He was a courageous young man and a wonderful student at Enochville Elementary School, where he was in my 4th grade class. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Nick touched many people's lives. He was a perfect blend of dry wit, idealism, love of life, his friends and family. He is missed but never forgotten. I have much gratitude for having had the privilege of knowing him.

RIP Nick you sure will be missed a lot I will see you again someday now you can be with your Dad again and my Dad as well love ya man

Nick-Nick was our bravest neighbor we ever had. Caring, generous, bright young soul that will be missed I know he's doing all the things he wanted to do here & I know our Madison is tagging along We love you Nick-Nick!! I'll see ya when I see ya my brother
