Manos & I just found out about Nick. What a shock. Please know that you and yours are in our prayers. What I remember most about Nick was his soft spoken way and the salsa. I loved coming to your home for the impromtu picnics in the grass with a blanket the kids could play on. They were very young then, but sometimes they ask me about the "man with the beard who lived on the farm". Nick will be sorely missed. He is with God now in a better place, and he will always be...

All of us are truly saddened in hearing about your terrible loss. In knowing Nick, was to know a kind and gentle person . We remember how proud he was with the wonderful vegetable gardens he grew, his hot salsa, etc. We know that you also had a hand in the success of the gardens.
